Dit ga je doen als Salesforce Technical Analyst / Solution Designer bij ARAG
Do you want to play a key role in ARAG’s digital transformation? Are you technically strong, do you enjoy solving complex problems, and do you know how to bridge the gap between business and technology? Then this role might be perfect for you.
Our Salesforce Competence Center supports the Claims, Insurance and Customer Service Channels (CSC) domains. We work with Salesforce Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity/OmniStudio), Experience Cloud, MuleSoft and a growing set of AI capabilities. In the coming years we will move from Vlocity towards Salesforce Core and deliberately bring Agentforce into our processes.
As Salesforce Technical Analyst / Solution Designer you are the key link between IT Business Consultants, Architects and Software Engineers. You support three Scrum Teams in translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs. In this role you:
- take ownership of technical designs, including data model, integrations, security and platform impact, and guide teams from functional requirements through to implementation;
- drive and standardize technical design practices across the three teams;
- guard alignment across teams, resolve cross-team dependencies and make sure we keep one coherent Salesforce platform;
- ensure that Salesforce innovation, especially Agentforce, is adopted deliberately and consistently at ARAG;
- support IT Business Consultants and Software Engineers in their technical designs, and occasionally contribute hands-on development work yourself.;
- contribute to key technical choices in the transition from Vlocity to Salesforce Core;
- actively contribute to the Technical Improvements backlog: you identify technical debt and improvement opportunities, help prioritize them and drive them to resolution, so the platform stays healthy and future-proof.
This role combines hands-on design (and occasionally coding) with solution design governance. You will not own the roadmap, but you will own the technical integrity of what gets built.
