As a Salesforce Developer (Financial Service Cloud), you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining Salesforce in Belgium. You will work remotely from home or from the office in Leusden, with occasional visits to Brussels. Salesforce Industries SFI (formerly Vlocity) is currently being implemented in Belgium, including financial administration, specifically the SFI Core Insurance Package, which includes Financial Service Cloud + Vlocity (at the core of Salesforce). As a Salesforce Developer at ARAG you will:

• develop, implement, and configure Salesforce solutions according to the needs within ARAG. This includes integrations with external systems and platforms, optimizing workflows, process builders, and triggers to make business processes more efficient;
• create technical design in alignment with the architects;
• actively participate in (planning) sprints and determining the workload with the development team, challenging the Product Owner on the (non)functional requirements;
• take responsibility for system management, analyze performance, and manage upgrades and releases.
• You will document the technical details of the developed solutions and perform code reviews to ensure the quality and efficiency of the code.

As a Salesforce Developer Financial Service Cloud at ARAG, you have:

• proven experience in developing and implementing Salesforce Financial Service Cloud (formerly Vlocity); this is a must;
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications;
• experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems via REST APIs, SOAP APIs;
• knowledge of best practices for development in Salesforce, such as governance limits, efficient Apex code, and secure coding;
• experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools;
• knowledge of Dutch and proficiency in English. The latter is essential, as much of the technical documentation and communication within our international team is often conducted in English.

As a professional, you are:

• able to work independently and take responsibility;
• flexible, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies and methods within the Salesforce ecosystem;
• allready living in the Netherlands.
